CHARRED RAFTERS EXPOSED SHOWING FIRE DAMAGE, HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE IN HALLWAY WITH MULTIPLE FIRE INSPECTION HOLES. HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE IN WEST BATHROOM WITH BROKEN WINDOWS.


ELECTRICAL: THE FIRE DAMAGE ZONE HAS MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL DEVICES IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE FIRE. MELTED ELECTRICAL WIRING EXPOSED. THERE WAS ELECTRICAL DEVICES PLUGGED INTO OUTLETS THAT APPEARED TO BE THE SOURCE OF THE FIRE. THERE IS ALSO EXTENSION CORD ABUSE AND UNAPPROVED WIRING METHODS THROUGH OUT THE HOME. THE SERVICE PANEL IS MISSING THE PROTECTIVE COVER AND IS NOT CODE COMPLIANT. POWER WAS DISCONNECTED BY TEP. IN THE DETACHED GARAGE, THE SERVICE PANEL ALSO MISSING PROTECTIVE COVER AND IS NOT CODE COMPLIANT. EXTENSION CORD ABUSE AND UNAPPROVED WIRING METHODS THROUGH OUT GARAGE WHICH IS SEPERATED BY INTERIOR MAKESHIFT WALL, NON LOAD BEARING. POWER ALSO DISCONNECTED BY TEP.

MECHANICAL: MILD SMOKE DAMAGE TO THE OTHER ROOMS OF THE DWELLING.
