AREAS AROUND THE R/V'S REMAINS CLEAN AND SCRAP METAL REMOVED. THE PALLETS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN REMOVED AS HAVE THREE OF THE CARS ON THE EASTSIDE. TWO TRUCKS REMAIN. THE EAST SIDE OF THE STRUCCTURE WHERE TWO TRUCKS REMAIN HAS BEEN FENCED OFF SO THE VEHICLES CANNOT BE SEEN. OWNERS HAVE ABATED MANY OF THE ISSUES WITH THE PROPERTY, NEW ISSUES WOULD ARISE AND C/E WOULD NEED TO HELP OWNERS SEE WHAT NEEDED TO BE ABATED AND MOVE FORWARD. THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN CLEANED AND ABATED AT THIS TIME, C/E MOVES TO CLOSE THE CASEBUT MAY BE BACK IN THE FUTURE.

04/12/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I VISITED THE SITE, MET WITH THE OWNER WHO HAD CLEANED THE AREA AROUND THE 2 BOATS AT THE S/W CORNER OF THE LOT FREE OF GRASS & WEEDS, TRASH & DEBRIS TO THE R/V. ALL DEBRIS WAS REMOVED FROM IN FRONT OF THE R/V, ALL GRASS AND WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS WERE REMOVED FROM IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE AND THE CHICKEN COUP MOVE TO THE SOUTH FENCE BEHIND THE R/V. THE WEST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE WHICH IS FENCED FOR THE DOGS WAS ALSO CLEANED FREE OF GRASS, WEEDS, TRASH, DEBRIS, AND ANIMAL FECIES. ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE OUT OF SIGHT OF PUBLIC VIEW, THE OWNER REMOVED TWO TRUCKS AND PLACED THEM ON A CONCRETE PAD NEAR THE S/E CORNER, PILED ALL SCRAPP METAL IN A PILE TO BE REMOVED, REMOVED 2 OTHER VEHICLES ALTOGETHER AND PLACED A 2ND 5TH WHEEL INTO THE N/E CORNER TO BE STORED. HE IS NOW ABLE TO GET TO THE PALLETS HE SAID WILL ALL BE TORN DOWN. I ASKED HE CONTINUE WORKING ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, POSSIBLY FENCE THE TRUCKS, REMOVE THE METAL AND TAKE DOWN THE PILE OF PALLETS. THE OWNER STATED HE MAY NEED ADDITIONAL TIME AND I STATED THAT BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF WORK COMPLETED THAT I WOULD GIVE HIM A ADDITIONAL 21 DAYS TO CONTINUE MOVING FORWARD WITH THE CLEAN UP, I DID EXPLAIN THAT IF WORK STOPS THE ADDITIONAL TIME GOES AWAY. ALSO THERE ARE ONLY THREE CARS LEFT ON THE EMPTY LOT NEXT DOOR, THREES HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
03/16/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH TPD AND THE OWNER AT THE PROPERTY, FOUND THAT 2/3 OF THE DRIVEWAY IN FRONT OF THE STRUCTURE HAD BEEN CLEARED OF VEHICLES, AND LARGE REFUSE ITEMS. EXPLAINED TO TPD WHAT I ORIGINALLY FOUND ON MY FIRST VISIT. OWNER EXPLAINED THAT HE DID START CLEAN UP AND HAD TO MOVE CARS OUT TO START GETTING REFUSE AND DEBRIS OUT. HE EXPLAINED TO TPD THAT HE ALSO HAS CALLED OWNER FOR EACH VEHICLE ACROSS THE STREET AND STILL HAD SEVERAL CARS INSIDE THE PROPERTY THAT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED. WALKED THE ENTIRE PROPERTY WITH TPD AND THE OWNER AND EXPLAINED THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE ITEMS FROM A SMALLER AREA AND CUT ANY GRASS AND WEEDS AN THEN MOVE ON TO A 2ND THEN 3RD AREA UNTIL THE ENTIRE PROPERTY WOULD BE CLEAN. AGREED TO A 30 DAY TIME FRAME WITH THE OWNER AND TPD BECAUSE OF THE LARGE AMOUNT OF DEBRIS ON THE PROPERTY. I EXPLAINED TO THE OWNER THAT I WOULD HAND DELIVER THE NOV THE FOLLOWING DAY.
03/15/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved RECEIVED A CALL FROM TPD CONCERNING CARS BEING MOVED FROM THE PROPERTY ACROSS THE STREET TO A NEIGHBORING PROPERTY. SET UP A MEETING WITH TPD FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY
