01/14/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved The supervisor Martin Romero called and T.P.D. on site with a car into building. Arrived and the units were still on site and the vehicle will be towed. The vehicle jumped the walking area and hit the masonry wall on the north side of the building. Made 2-holes in the wall 3' apart and 2' up from the top of the sidewalk. The holes are approx. 6" x 6" in size. The interior of the wall is covered with a furred out wall with drywall and not able to check from the interior of the store. Was able to look into the holes and the block appears to be not pushed in on the interior side of he block. The wall appears to be grouted and has no cracks or checks in the wall away from the holes which is painted. The business will remain opened and served the manager on site at this this time the N.O.V. and no permits will be required. May be able to patch the holes or remove the block and tuck the the replacement to cover the openings. RV.
