Checked the property from the neighbors property and has a roof added to the west side of the carport attached and draining into the neighbors property. Found no records of a permits or approval by Planning and Development Services Department which is required. Not able to drain water into the neighbors property. Approx. 150 s.f. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
