Arrived an all the units still on site and the interior of the units have been cleared. Not able to locate or make contact with the owner. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Have a window in the rear lacking the plywood and the side door on the west side lacking the plywood. The entire building has been secured with plywood on all the openings. Did the posting of N.O.V. to Vacate on the front door and placed 4-Do Not Enter on all the 4-sides of the building. The electrical has been turned off at the meters for both units. The property has tall grass and weeds and trash and debris but inspector has those issues in court. Will go to the address of the owners listed address. RV. |
