The electrical was turned off by T.E.P. and will remain off and the electric meter will be turned off at this time due to the damage of the water and not by the fire. The tenant was not on site and met with the management and the management will let the tenant in tomorrow to gather some items. The posting of Do Not Enter will be placed on the front window. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork on site. The management will be securing the site once the investigation is completed. The management may place the tenant into another unit and will check tomorrow. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
