Arrived on site and met with Tenant Mr Magana, who showed me to the area of concern for him which was in the living room and the large window facing south into back yard. Mr Magana states every time it rains the window headeer leaks. States he has been dealing with the managment team for about 2yrs on this situation. Will move to NOV |
