Met with the daughter of the listed owner for the property on site. Did talk to Roi Lusk the City Attorney to go over the daughter paperwork on power of attorney and medical and the living will. Was asked to take pictures of those and her driver license and she can go into the house. The rear door was opened when arriving to the site and the son of the decease was in the house. He was looking for paperwork for his mother that died. The daughter was OK and will lock the door when done checking for the insurance papers. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Was called back to the site due to completing the investigation and all the family members have been transported to the hospital. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Did the posting of the paperwork on the front window due to has no family member to sign. The fire was in the bedroom on the west side of the house and all the windows were burned out. The drywall has been burned or pulled down to check for fire extensions in the bedroom and the living room. The interior of the house has heavy smoke damage and has hoarding issues through out the house. Has several addition and the area of the fire was an enclosed carport. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window with the paperwork. The property was secured and left the site. T.P.D. was still on site and left also whem completed. RV. |
