Met with the new owner of the property on site and looked at the property and found a room in the rear that appears to have been enclosed. The work has been done for some time and was not new or just added recently. Does have a mini split system in the back room and that is new and recently. Did check the records and found no permit for the mini splits but did find where the room was checked in 2000 under a general repair permit. Will be calling the new owner on the permit that will be required on the mini split and not the room. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
