Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a mobile home fire. Arrived and the units were still on site and checking for hot spots. The fire was a storage room in the rear of the property detached from the main house. The storage room is a total lost. The rear yard has trash and debris through out and that started to burn during the fire. The property has been vacant for 2-years and the owner has moved out of state with a family member. The house has been trashed and ran sacked. The property has no utilities for lack of payment or was removed. The rear door was opened and called Arcaiden Industries to have the door re-secured. Called Biff Baker Fence to the property to have the front fence secured. Did the posting of the N.O.V. to Vacate with the Do Not Enter on the front wood post for the front porch. The wires will be cut at the pole and the gas meter will be checked to be removed at a later time. Will check on getting the house demo'ed due to the condition of the house and the issues on the property with the homeless staying on the property. RV. |
