12/27/23: insulate main water line, vacuum breaker missing at main water line, water hammer arrester missing at dishwasher and refrigerator in all units, A/C on 2 end units being under amped requires 32.8amp min and 50 max, lock caps on refrigerant line on all units missing, properly secure bubble cover on unit 1 at outdoor receptacle, unit 204 missing bank plates at panel, ensure all refrigerant lines in attic are insulated, furnace in attics require disconnecting means within sight. |
