5/29/24: mini splits are being over Amped, disconnect boxes required at mini splits, properly terminate condensate lines 6" above grade, sediment trap required at water heater, tape must be removed at water heater vent, exterior receptacles must be WR, smoke alarms must be interconnected, water hammer arrestors missing at laundry, GFCI request disposal, clean out cap required at exterior, anti-tip at range missing, seal all penetrations going through vapor barrier, arc-fault breaker's missing throughout, panel schedule must be area specific. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
