Informed that roof deck and exterior walls need approval prior to covering. Pointed out that no foundation bolts were installed with concrete pour, and that on site plans are not approved however they do call for engineered trusses in lieu of the undersized field framing installed. Suggested contacting architect for revision to compensate for the noted deficiencies, and explained that when obtained it will need review and approval by COT. Once this is obtained, and appropriate changes or repairs are completed, please schedule the correct inspection and have approved revised plans on site for next inspection.
