6/14/23: 3 more outlets required at kitchen countertop (2 at south counter and 1 at north counter, install a code compliant landing at rear door, bathroom counter outlets are not GFCI, the house was retired without any new arc-fault breakers. The existing panel is overloaded with 9 twin breakers that added 18 new circuits. Submit a new load calculation for the house and clean up the dead-front to accurately label all breakers. More electrical items maybe added after panel issue is resolved |
