7/30/24: Address must be on building at final, all construction debris must be removed before issuance of CofO, exterior receptacles must be GFCI, insulation required at hose bib, condensation drains must be properly terminated and UV coated, all exterior plastic piping must be UV coated, Dryer vent exhaust has screen at discharge, laundry room receptacle must be AFCI/GFCI, Refrigerator must be on AFCI. STOPPED INSPECTION PAINTERS IN HOUSE MULTIPLE RECEPTACLES THROUGHOUT ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE DUE TO PAINTERS. PLEASE HAVE APPROVED PLAN SET FOR FINAL INSPECTION. |
