11/27/23: Met contractor/owner Frank at site with Ernie Stevens. We reviewed the new wall running east to west that will support the south garage that will not be demolished. We also reviewed the new east wall that will be within the established setbacks and have a lower roof line. We approved all electric in the new walls and the framing also. Frank stated the demo of the north 17 feet of the garage will start very soon. |
