Also, pex lines require a 12” clearance from recessed/can lights. Relocate pex to provide 12” clearance or block with osb, plywood, 2x4’s, drywall. (ic rating for light relates to insulation).

5/14/25: IPC T308.5 DWV must be supported midway on vertical runs, IPC T308.5 DWV must be supported every 4' on horizontal runs, IRC R302.11 blocking/ draft stop required at drop ceiling at main floor, IRC R302.11 all penetrations must be sealed through top plates and vapor barrier, IFGC G2424.1 support gas piping at range in wall, up stairs double lav must be properly pitched, DWV not fully under test, Vent at main floor bathroom cannot terminate in between floors, nail plates missing throughout, proper nail plates required at plumbing walls. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED.

5/16/25: inspection only for plumbing intermediate: DOMESTIC AND DVW under pressure. Seal penetrations through top plate at main floor and add a 16 gauge strap 1.5" wide with 8-10D nails on both side, Bathroom wall at main floor has been damaged, BOCA 4"x8" required at all plumbing lines and DWV that come within 1 1/4" of stud face.
