03/25/2021 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Passed TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - The decorative landscape gravel at the transformer pad was actually disturbed by the phone company working on their phone box next to the transformer pad. This area of landscape rock was dressed up by the tower company prior to the phone company come in and performing work at their box. This was confirmed by the city electrical inspector.

Areas where power conduit was run under the street the potholes have been repaired. The landscape gravel at the pad mount transformer still needs to be cleaned up. The drawings call for a light arm to be installed on the pole but because there is no city power at this time the light arm was not to be installed. As per city electrical inspector.
