04/29/2021 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - Spoke to Ray Silvas super for Vertical 1 about adjustment on communication pull box in front of property #4202 E Waverly St. crews to come tomorrow and fix issue. Site will be done after adjustment but can’t finalize until warning buried cable post marker is removed.
02/01/2021 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-Routine Barricade Inspect - Was just informed that the four-inch conduit running south to the first pole in the alley south of the cell tower site will be removed due to the fact at TEP will be replacing that line of poles and power will not be available for several months. The conduit that has been placed to the north as per the plans will be the conduit that is used to power the site.
04/27/2021 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - All work complete on this permit waiting on an area answer on pullboxes and warning buried cable poles. Pole still in place and communication pullbox set with slope grade. Other than this, pole and meterbox are set area looks clean asphalt have been restored no broken curb ready to finalize after this two issues have been corrected.
