10/07/2021 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - TPD arrived onsite. Verizon called for protestors not allowing work. Officers asked protestors to move to west side of Longfellow out of construction zone. Ada wall placed around pole and where vault will go. Temp no parking signs will be left out. All pre warning work zone signs turned away from roadway. Enertech will be onsite Monday at 0500 for setup and begin removing pole and caisson. Protestors are stationed on south west side of roadway and all vehicles removed from work area per plans and traffic control set up.

10/07/2021 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - Enertech tried placing ada wall around site to begin construction and protestors pushed them back not allowing set up for ada wall. Protestors placed chairs in road closure for site to not allow work trucks to get through. No parking signs placed with vehicles on both sides of roadway. Sidewalk closed signs in place for construction area. Traffic control is per approved plans.

Refusal to move. Frank from Verizon is making contact with the city. No parking signs placed vehicles on both sides of roadway in road closure

School fire department and city communications were notified at 0800. Traffic control was taken down from site and contractor left. Protestors removed temporary no parking signs that were placed by trafficade. Prior inspection shows signs in place. Trafficade placed them back and protestors immediately moved them again.
