She proceeded to follow me down alley screaming at me and I asked her to please leave the active construction zone due to heavy machines and plates being loaded for removal. She refused until Northstar stated they were going to contact TPD and she left to house. Pipe was cut 4” below grade and backfilled. Rocks were neatly stacked along curb still in ROW. CMU wall in homeowners yard is 6’ into right of way and edge of curb is ROW cut off. All ROW markings were removed by neighborhood and paint was removed as well. Northstar will rake the area and bring gravel tomorrow to fully restore landscaping until pole is placed. | |
