Barricades set up at 11:10 PM, TEP on site and installed new service in existing conduit and set a new transformer. TEP finished the work at 3:00 AM and Traffic control was removed starting at 4:00 Am. No issues. Permit was issued at night on short notice due to the Gem show. |
