03/05/2020 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Property manager had called in to complain about B&F Contracting blocking the exit from his property and was treated poorly. Verified that the manhole that was being worked on was in center of exit and traffic cones were setup with flagmen to direct traffic. Pipe lining was completed and the sewer bypass was to be removed within 30 minutes. Contractor was waiting of crew to run camera thru pipe to show the county and they would be completed. All should be done before 2 pm. This info was given to the gentlemen that complained. Also a contractor was working immediately south of this location to bore for a conduit for communications. Information was passed on to my supervisor. Also contacted B&F Contracting home office in Tucson and gave this info to the office manager who will call the property manager. Also told B&F that the striping at the intrsection needs to be replaced.
02/28/2020 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Called contact listed on permit but has wrong person that is located in Phoenix. He will contact the tucson Personal to replace the striping at crosswalk.
02/27/2020 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Striping not replaced at roadway repair in crosswalk. Called B&F contracting.
02/26/2020 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Pipeline repaired. Roadway repaired but moissing striping at crosswalk.
