1) General:
A) sign area alright for wall signs, provide dimensions and sign area for each on diagrams in decimal feet to match permit application.
B) Add property line frontage dimensions on plan. Property line frontage on Stone is 279.89 x 3 for total sign area, not to exceed 30% coverage of building elevation. Ochoa frontage is 133.42' property line frontage.
C) on site plan, add north arrow, label streets larger, label property lines, add zoning
2) NEC 600 / OLC:
A) Note for each sign, max 4400k color temperature (internal illum)
B) Note the type of lights (assume LED) and color for each sign
C) Show shut off switches for each sign
D) Check the volts, amps, circuits for each sign
E) Add note where breaker panel is for signage shut off

3) Mounting: / IBC
A) Provide typical side view elevation of wall sign

D) noted recent update that signs may be moved to southern end of building elevation (still west elevation) ok to do so if desired, sign area is based off sreet frontage.
4) Monument - review is ongoing due to location
A) is in sight visibility triangle off Ochoa and requires relocation
B) is in right of way and once relocated out of SVT, if still in right of way would require a TRE (temporary revocable easement)
C) provide sign area of actual sign cabinet, and for each panel
D) show construction assembly cabinet to frame / base
E) show footer dimensions
F) provide setback off Ochoa once relocated
G) contact staff about sign location and TRE under review now
H) consider "flag mount" sign to raise structure above 6' SVT, pole out of SVT, potential process to reduce stem of SVT to 16' - and meet sign setback based on height and sign type ( Monument or low-profile design allowed.)
I) all standard shut off switch, lighting, timer, 4400k, etc. notes needed
5) Additional review comments may be forthcoming, depending on responses provided. Send revisions to Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov
