B) total sign area from roadway is within 50 square feet total C) provide a setback for sign B, acknowledged it's more than 20' and on private property. (Directly Adjacent to Sign A.) D) Provide note "No sign shall be erected within any easements." (Note - call for standard utility line check.) IBC 2018: E) Provide connection details - even a note - for cabinet to base - all sign structures (other than thru pipe). F) Provide note "in shop welds only, no field welds". G) Engineered plans approved, thank you. National Electrical Code / Outdoor Lighting Code: H) Provide note that "power to be provided by others, separate electrical permit required" for new signs. (Saw note on sign A and Sign B for existing power... ? Was this a lighting area? ) I) Obtain - by inspections timeline - data on sign circuit location / timer location for signs A & B (unless power source is ID'd now).
