1) PAD-1 zoning document permits only monument signs. Revamp plans and application to ensure all references are for monument type freestanding sign only. On plan provided, revise to state "stand- alone site".

2) The contractor has been sent a copy of sheet 4 of development package DP18-0301, which shows the sight visibility triangles to be used for this site development. Please correct the SVTs shown on the plan set to match the approved DP sheet 4.

3) The minimum setback for a monument sign is 20' from face of curb, show on scaled plan (the SVT is shown at 14' deep, but sign setback near that is listed at 27' - double check all measurements.

4) PAD-1 sign criteria - requires that the PAD architechtural review board provide approval for the sign. (contact property management)

5) Provide dimensions to the wall sign components (allowed sign area is fine, keep the sign area)

6) Notes indicate additnal mounting details for wall signs are provided on another sheet - sheet missing.

7) Regarding electrical: Clearly note the volts, amps, circuits for each sign, and label the shut off switch.

8) Label the "disconnect switch" clearly for the sign. The note provided is not completely clear.

9) Note how cabinet is mounted to the base (i.e brackets mentioned - i.e. j-bolts? what?)

10) Outdoor lighting code met, just clarify in notes "timer to provide shut off by midnight curfew".

11) Further review comments may be forthcoming, depending on responses provided.
