Codes: Unified Development Code (UDC) Chapter 7A Sign Standards, National Electrical Code (NEC 600), Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC), International Building Code (IBC) 2018

1) Per UDC 7A Sign Standards: Acknowledged this is an allowed 2nd monument sign for overall site (premise consists of 410 - 446 N Wilmot parcels, zoned C-1, with 1 existing monument and 548' frontage.)

2) On application, list setback from Wilmot curb.

3) Regarding IBC:
A) engineering approved, thank you (sufficient pipe / footer)
B) add notations to size and number of bolts for saddle mounts from pipe to cabinetry.
C) sag rods to be used?
D) add note "no field welding"

4) Regarding NEC:
A) Note "power provided by others via separate electrical permit"
B) Indicate where dedicated sign circuit to be located for inspection

5) On site plan - please add dimensions to SVTs (appears standarrd 20' deep stems with 110 and 345 standard lengths).

Sign is outside of SVT and meets minimum 20' setback from face of curb. Plans appear to show property line proximity correctly. Right of way plan I-2007-038-001 shows 150' wide right of way, plan based off that.
To confirm sign is not within easements, conduct blue stake.
