C max height allowed is 12' feet height) B) **SDRC review required to increase sign area to 95.6 square feet** - UDC 7A.10.2.c. exceed 72 sq.ft. max pole sign C) Setback remains adquate for a pole sign at 32' (min 30') D) SDRC = Sign Design Review Committee evaluation required to exceed code allowances for a pole sign. Contractor has been provided applications. E) Provide inventory of freestanding signs for site (auto mall dr frontage) - show on aerial. _____ The following comments are provided for review, for consideration of process, should the SDRC grant a pole sign height and sign area increase _______ 3) International Building Code (IBC): A) existing footer is 7x 3 - engineered plans required to show sufficient footer B) provide original sign permit to determine existing pole is sufficient with the engineering, for the new increase in sign area, including existing surface. B) plans indicate field welds - special inspection required 4) National Electrical code (NEC) 600: / OLC: A) indicate if new cabinet will tie into existing circuit / timer B) indicate if new cabinet will have separate shut off switch?
