However, pipe to be built next to TCE, date uncertain. TCE active for 24 months, construction should not be beyond TCE. Be advised, storm drain install along north side of roadway construction area can result in ground vibrration. (infers to sign footer integrity in aftermath)

B) note location of timer for inspections 2) Provide note indicating how power will be provided to the sign (i.e. separate electrical permit obtained by others?) 3) Sign Standards 7A of the UDC: A) provide standard side view with dimensioned thickness of sign (1' deep approx at max to fit on site at 2' setback from driveway) 4) Add note on plan that the orange dashed line on the site plan is the "edge of city's temporary construction easement, sign to be outside of TCE area."
