A pole sign is permitted when development has 225' of street frontage. (7A.10.2.C) This location has approximately 98' of street frontage. A) reduce height to 10' (and maintain 7' over sidewalk) & resubmit or B) seek a Singular Sign Design Option (SSDO) for allowance to have a pole sign without required minimum street frontage 3) Appears sign could be former parking lot sign for Bring's funeral home once located downtown. Is the sign outlined in neon?
