(Acknowledged page 5 now, make sheet 1 consistent.) 2) Acknowledge newly added sheet 5, and email - state on the plans that the welds will be "in shop" for sign attachment. 3) Acknowledge newly added sheet 5 has side view of pending metal parapet above canopy. To clarify signs A & B are not roof signs, provide note on sheets 1 and 2: A) that "metal parapet to be built by others above canopy, per building plan and in accordance with SDRC master sign program decision of case MSP-19-14." Thrall Codes: Sign Standards, Outdoor Lighting Code, National Electric Code (NEC 600), International Building Code (IBC). 1) Sign area in accordance with Master Sign Program 19-14 / T19SA00513. 2) Provide street frontage along Tucson Blvd for records. 3) OLC maximum light brightness for internally illuminated sign is 4400K - revise note regarding the the "Hanley LED light source". 4) Revise drawing to label canopy top for location of canopy sign. 5) Revise drawing to demonstrate how aluminum frame is mounted - existing or to weld on site? Welding on site separate from sign? 6) Provide elevation view showing the metal parapet above the canopy top to show this is not a roof sign, but a canopy sign.
