Thrall Date: 3/5/2020 1) Master Sign Program T18SA00272 applied to the TMC Health Campus, registered as a separate suite and business license for this premise. Per 7A.11.3., the sign area is derived per tenant. As the urgent care occupant is using a specific square footage from an approved tenant improvement plan and has a separate suite and business license, this is a separate tenant from prior reviews and will proceed as such. 2) Revise frontage for the plan set to be derived solely for the tenant space 170. A) Provide outlined area of suite location within the building on the sheet 3 provided. See building plan on record, tenant improvement plan on record and contact architect as needed for clarification. B) To calculate sign area, label dimensions of tenant space and multiply by 1.25 for their elevation(s) to derive allowed sign area C) adjust sign area on plans and application as needed. 3. Provide letter from property management that they have approved the requested wall signage for this tenant in accordance with PAD-12 zoning criteria for this overall site. 4. Electric/Outdoor Lighting Code/Structural Mounting: A) provide note where power is sourced for the sign circuits (for inspections) Resubmit revised plans to Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov |
