1) Monument sign area, setback and height meet code, thank you.

2) The PAD document for this site is based on industrial zoning. On the site plan, dimension the length of the Swan street frontage property line for the site for record purposes and for counting number of freestanding signs allowed.

3) Call out any existing monument signs along the Swan frontage for the calculation of number of allowed freestanding signs along Swan. (For permitting/record purposes)

4) Provide note on plan how lettering to be mounted (i.e. raised metal lettering, mounted with epoxy/studs?)

5) Provide simple note "concrete base provided by others", as discussed.

6) Provide note - "non- illuminated monument signage". (reflective material allowed)
