The fence panels have been called in for pick up and should be done by today. Did call the owner to give an update due to lives out of state. Will check the property next week for compliance. RV.
02/11/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The neighbor called and the neighbor will be helping the owner clean the property. Did go to the site to go over on what needs to be done to be in compliance. Did remove the lock and the neighbor placed his own lock on the front gate to the property. Will check in 30 days. RV.
02/02/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is vacant and unsecured at the mobile home where the temp. panels have been cut where the panels were tied together. The car that was in a wreck has been moved in the yard to near the driveway to exit the property. Appears that the vehicle pulling the vehicle has broken down due to has oil stains on the driveway area and leaking to the street area. Did call the owner to let him know of the issues on the property. Had to leave a message and will call back. RV.
