Did find someone in the RV and she stated that she is living in the RV for some time. They do have the utilities on to the property. The owner is working and will come to the site to check who is in the RV and will call me to let me know on what will be done. I did let the owner know that the person needs to be removed from the RV and the utilities need to be removed also. I will check the RV in the morning. The mobile home has 2-people in the mobile home and all the utilities at this time. Does have trash and debris piled in areas ready for pick up through out the property. The owner is stating that a dumpster is being delivered next week to haul the trash and debris to the landfill. Will be doing an N.O.V. for the trash and debris and Vacating the RV. |
