The footings have been poured and was starting to lay the block of a 4" wall below 6' in height. The dirt from the footings is being spread out on the property and saw no dogs on the property due to has no fencing at this time. Did check Permits Plus and found no approval for the fence being built. Did call the owner and went over that zoning needs to check the location of the wall being built and has a corner lot and will need to check the visibilty for the vehicles to make the turns if a vehicle is coming. The owner will call Planning and Development Services Department to go over on what needs to be done to get the approval. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
