12/25/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and the units were still on site and checking for hot spots. The fire investigators was on site and checking for cause. The fire was on a mobile home that was vacant and has homeless living in the mobile home. The mobile home is a total lost and was lacking all the utilities to the property. Has a camper on a truck and someone was living in the camper and he was found and was advised that he will no longer to live in the camper. Went over the camping issues on the property not being allowed in Pima County. The camper was being secured on the door. A Do Not Enter was placed on the camper and did allow the person to remove the items out of the camper that belong to him. The vehicle is not operable. Also has a vehicle that has been in a wreck and that is also not operable. The property is a lot the has trash and debris through out and piled in some areas. The mobile home was being worked on and has 1/2 OSB being installed on the exterior of the mobile home. Was not able to locate the owner of the property and called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have areas secured and Biff Baker Fence to have the south side secured. Was not able to secure due to the damage of the mobile home from the fire and work being done for the new plywood. Had a gate cut in on the north side of the chain link fence to enter through the parking lot of Pep Boys. Pinned it shut and place fabric over the opening over the door place to enter the property. Was not able to locate the owner of the property or a rep. and did the posting of the N.O.V. to Vacate with Do Not Enter on the mobile home in a couple of areas. All the gates were locked and city lock was used. Will do a N.O.V. to the owner for the trash and debris, J.M.V.'s and the storage on the property. This mobile home has been on the property since after 2014. RV.
