The flooring has some water and the tenants have cleaned the area at this time. Still has some dripping from the ceiling by the bedroom door and by the handler in the hallway. The tenants will keep the kids with them tonight and will have the management check the area during daylight hours. There is no other areas that will need to be checked due to not leaking water at this time. Did meet with the maintenance worker and he will check the area in the morning if still dripping. No damage from the fire and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
