Was able to talk to the people and let them know that a complaint has been made on the property for the trash and debris on the property. Did let them know that a Notice of Violation will be sent to the owner and will also have a No Trespassing letter signed and once the letter is signed that the T.P.D. officers can arrest those on the property if tresspassing at any time. On did ask on the posting of 72 hours to Vacate and they were told that I won't be back till next week and that is more than 72 hours. Did go over the cleaning of the property and they have a vehicle on the property and will be working on moving the vehicle off the property. Will do the N.O.V. RV. |
