Met the owner on site and he has a package unit being built in the front of the house and is not attached. At this time has the frame up and has been secured to the ground level. Did go over the issues on the setbacks in the front of the property and that may be an issue due to the size of the building. The owner has the drawings to put the building together but does not have the engineering portion of the plans. They have to pay an additional amount to get the engineering drawings if requested. Did let the owner know that the N.O.V. will be sent and can start the process to submit to P.D.S.D. RV. |
