THERE WAS A CHEVY PICK UP, IT DOES RUN TIRES ARE UP AND PROPERLY LICENSED. IT WAS NOT HERE ON WEDNESDAY. (I WAS WORKING ACROSS THE STREET ON A CLEAN UP) THE SECOND VEHICLE WAS ACHEVY SUBURBAN WITH A TRAILER. BOTH VEHICLE AND TRAILER HAD TIRES UP AND PROPERLY LICENSED. NO ISSUES. THERE WERE TWO VEHICLES INSIDE THE FENCED PROPERTY, ONE IN THE DRIVEWAY AND A PICK UP PARKED NEXT TO THE DRIVE, THERE WERE NO ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLES. THE FRONT YARD IS DIVIDED WITH A SMALL FENCED WALKWAY, AND DISPLAYS OLD METAL ITEMS AND CAST IRON METAL ITEMS AND OLD ANTIQUES THAT THE OWNER CONSIDERS YARD ART. I PERSONALLY ENJOY VIEWING HIS COLLECTION. HE HAS DISPLAYED THE ITEMS FOR YEARS. THE WEST SIDE YARD THAT CAN BE ENTERED FROM THE FRONT YARD, SIDE GATE IS ALSO FENCED ON 4 SIDES WITH FIRST A CHAIN LINK FENCE AND THEN A WOOD FENCE WAS ADDED NEXT TO IT. THE OWNER HAS 4 HISTORIC VEHICLES AND ONE PERSONAL VEHICLE THAT IS BEING REPAIRED. THE VEHICLES CANNOT BE SEEN FROM THE STREET. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
