ONE OF THE NEW WINDOW INSTALLS IS SHORTER THAN THE HEIGHT OF THE OPENING, SO THERE IS A LEDGE BUILT UP OF AN ESTIMATE OF 10 INCHES WITH A STUCCO FINISH.
THE HOME HAS NEW EXTERIOR DOORS, EXTERIOR LIGHT FIXTURES AND A NEW ROOF COVERING. THE HOME HAS BEEN PAINTED. THERE IS A 5 FOOT CHAIN LINK FENCE WITH A 5 FOOT GATE ON THE FRONT YARD PERIMETER. THERE IS A NEW WOOD SLAT PERIMETER FENCE INSTALLED ON THE WEST AND SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY.
