Arrived on site and met with the caller at the property who showed me into a box along the north west side of the building. He states the waterline was 1 inch originally and over the summer of 2020 work was done and meter was added to reduced the flow to 3/4. He claims all this was done without permits. Claims it reduced his water pressure inside the building which is a Condo complex for four units. Made phone contact with manager who will do the research and get me in touch with the maintenance supervisor. Will do this research before moving or taking any action at this time. Caller was advised of this information |
