ELECTRICAL: THE KITCHEN HAS MULTIPLE OUTLETS WITH WALL SWITCHES AND RECEPTACLES WITH SEVERE HEAT DAMAGE. THE OPEN CEILING AREAS HAS EXPOSED WIRING. TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER.



PLUMBING: SWG DID PINNED METER OFF, THE KITCHEN HAS GAS LINE.



MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE TO ALL INTERIOR.


REMARKS: PERMITS REQUIRED, THE CITY SECURED THE APARTMENT BY BOARDING THE APARTMENT IS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY. SECUREMENT WAS HAULTED DUE TO CRIME SCENE/ 7:30 PM
