Showed me through the unit where they had to bust down front door and damage to door casing. Then checked the unit and found no one home, fire was in the bedroom and door to the bedroom leading to living room area. This was a first floor unit with water damage through the carpet. Sheet rock damage from the fire and fire operations. Electricity was shut down by maintenance and the firefighters and will be left off until a license electrician make sure of the wiring in bedroom and living room area in ceiling and in wall. NOV indemnification and abatement order all signed by property managerPosted unfit to occupy on front door. Will keep in contact with property manager |
