I DROVE 5TH AVE PAST 4TH AVE TO THE 300 BLOCK ON THE SIUTH SIDE OF THE STREET WHICH WERE EVEN NUMBERS, AND FOUND A CONSTRUCTION YARD AT THE CORNER OF 4TH AND BROADWAY. IT WAS COMPLTELY FENCED, NOTHING BLOCKING THE TRAFFIC, SIDEWALK, OR PARKING AREAS. THERE WAS A HIGH RISE BUILDING GOING UP ACROSS THE HERBERT STREET TO THE WEST, BEHIND CARTELL COFFEE LAB. IT IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE ALSO FENCED, GATES LOCKED AND NO TRASH OR DEBRIS. THERE WERE NO ISSUES WITH THE PROPERTIES. NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
