ELECTRICAL: THE LAUNDRY ROOM HAS A PANEL HAS FIRE DAMAGE ALONG WITH THE OUTLETS TO THE DRYER AND WASHER. THE KITCHEN HAS ELECTRICAL DEVICES WITH SEVERE HEAT DAMAGE. THE LIVING ROOM HAS EXPOSED WIRING IN THE CEILING AREA. TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER AT THE SERVICE.


PLUMBING: GAS FIRED WATER HEATER HAS SEVERE HEAT DAMAGE, GAS WAS SHUT OFF BY SWG


MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE


REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE HOME WAS CONDEMNED AND BOARDED.
