Arrived on site and had to call the owner because the property is landlocked and could not see into rear yard. I was given the OK by property owner to take a look at the backyard where I found a large amount of trash and debris throughout the rear yard and trash and debris along the side yard by carport. Carport door was closed and could not see into carport, will move to NOV |
