SPOKE TO TENANT ON THE PHONE. HE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE HIS NAME OR UNIT # FOR INSPECTION OF NO HOT WATER. CLOSE CASE. ON SITE SPOKE TO MANAGER AND SHE STATED THE TRASH IS REMOVED 3 TIMES A DAY. THE SEWER LEAK HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND CLEAN UP. THE BOILERS HAVE BEEN REPAIRED. |
