They were stating that the owners moved all her items out of the unit and placed the items on the common area of the units. There was nothing left on the property and this happened a few days ago. The property is vacant and secured and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. | |
| 11/24/2020 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Went to the site due to was getting calls from the neighbors that the tenant was in the unit. Arrived and found the tenant inside the unit around 7:00 AM. The tenant stated that she was there to clean the unit and I advised her that I have been on the property since it was dark and never saw her walk to the unit. She than stated that she has the cans to fumigate the unit and she was advise to set them off and leave the unit until tomorrow. The posting was still up. Some cleaning has been done and was not completed. One of the tenants helped her set the cans off and the tenant locked the unit. The tenant did remove the cats from the unit before setting the cans off. Will check the unit. RV. |
